An urban lifestyle can be found in the heart of San Antonio at the Jones & Rio luxury apartment homes. It is located near the famed San Antonio Riverwalk and close to the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Tobin Center for Performing Arts, and more. Dallas-based real estate firm Alamo Manhattan built the 191-unit multifamily complex, which includes a leasing office, club room, fitness center, pool courtyard, and 1,500 square feet of retail space.

In a lobby that sees a high volume of traffic, contractor TechCrete leveled the floor from 1/4-inch to 2 inches in some areas. Rapid Set® Acrylic Primer was used to seal the porous concrete and prevent pinholes from forming in the finished surface.

Seventy pallets of Rapid Set® TRU® Self-Leveling polishable topping were mixed in a CS Unitec Hippo Mixer and placed over TXP™ Fast Epoxy Primer for greater adhesion to the floor. The floor was then polished and stained with Ameripolish acetone stain.
