Concrete Leveler Primer (CLP) improves the adhesion of Concrete Leveler to prepared concrete. Using CLP seals porous concrete to prevent pinholes from forming in the finished surface. One quart covers about 50 ft2 to 100 ft2 and one gallon covers about 200 ft2 to 400 ft2.
