DESCRIPTION: The Rapid Set® TRU® PC SPIKED ROLLER is a specialty 18" (46 cm) finishing roller with included frame designed specifically for Rapid Set self-leveling products. It efficiently releases air trapped during mixing, significantly reducing pinholes. The spacing of the 2” (5.1 cm) polypropylene spikes is specially designed to maximize the aggregate exposure of TRU® PC Polished Concrete in the finished floor. The TRU PC SPIKED ROLLER also improves the uniformity of the finished floor by removing lines left by the gauge rake or smoother. The spikes are durable and can be easily cleaned for repeated use.

USES: Use the TRU PC SPIKED ROLLER with Rapid Set® TRU® PC Polished Concrete or any other Rapid Set® self-leveling overlayment or underlayment applied from 1/2" (1.0 cm) thick up to 1-1/2" (3.8 cm).

ASSEMBLY: Simply insert any standard threaded extension pole into the frame and the roller is ready for use.

INSTRUCTIONS: Place the self-leveling material using traditional methods. Roll the TRU PC SPIKED ROLLER in the opposite direction of the gauge rake. One pass down and back is generally all that is required to remove entrapped air. Multiple passes may be necessary if bubbles can be seen forming in the surface. Never use the TRU PC SPIKED ROLLER after the film has begun forming at the surface.

PACKAGING: The TRU PC SPIKED ROLLER is available in individual boxes with the frame included.
