Rapid Set Cement All Plus is a high-performance, rapid-hardening, multi-purpose concrete repair material with extended working time. Durable in wet environments, Cement All Plus is a blend of Rapid Set hydraulic cement, additives designed to match the color of typical existing portland-cement concrete, and specially graded fine aggregates. Cutting-edge Self–Curing Technology (SCT) means wet curing is not required in most applications. Cement All Plus is non-metallic and no chlorides are added. TiltWallFixx TEXTURED is a polymer-modified, portland cement-based, single-component textured compound with self-curing technology (SCT). Mix TiltWallFixx TEXTURED with water to produce a workable, easy-to-apply mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. It has an extended working time to allow for larger mix sizes. Once in place, it sets fast. Trowel apply TiltWallFixx TEXTURED to achieve a uniform finish. TiltWallFixx may be sponge-finished to achieve the desired appearance.

Use TiltWallFixx TEXTURED for cosmetic patching, detailing, or finishing on tilt-up panels, precast, formed work, concrete block, and other concrete and masonry surfaces where a textured finish is desired. Durable in wet environments, it is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. TiltWallFixx TEXTURED may be used on vertical, overhead, and non-wearing horizontal surfaces.

ALL TILE MORTAR is a high-performance, polymer-modified, all-purpose, tile setting mortar. ALL TILE MORTAR is specifically formulated to provide a long open time and high bond strength, for use in both thin and medium bed applications. ALL TILE MORTAR can be used in both vertical and horizontal tile setting applications. On horizontal applications, ALL TILE MORTAR can be applied up to 3/4" (1.9 cm) thick and be used to set large format tiles.

Use ALL TILE MORTAR over concrete, plywood, lightweight concrete or gypsum surfaces for standard wall and floor installations of mosaic, ceramic, porcelain, quarry, glass, veneer, cement, and natural stone tiles (slate, travertine, marble, limestone, and granite). Use where a tile setting mortar meeting ANSI A118.4or A118.11 is required.

SKIM FLOOR is a smooth, fast curing, sand-free, hydraulic cement-based floor underlayment. Use under flooring for patching and skim coating on interior and exterior projects. Apply from featheredge to 1" (2.5 cm).

Use SKIM FLOOR to repair, level and smooth concrete surfaces, quarry tile, or APA rated interior-grade plywood prior to the installation of floor coverings such as VCT, sheet vinyl, carpet, tile, pavers, and other protective toppings.

Asphalt Repair Mix is a cement-based, flexible, low-shrinkage, fast-setting pot hole fill and repair material. Asphalt Repair Mix has been specially formulated with a polymer-modified blend of Rapid Set Cement and additives designed to match the color of typical existing asphalt. It greatly extends the life of asphalt because it resists cracking, bonds exceptionally well to existing asphalt, stays intact during service, and prevents washout. Asphalt Repair Mix has a working time of 15 minutes and achieves drive-on strength in 90 minutes.

LIQUID LOW-P is a high-performance admixture designed to extend the life of reinforced concrete structures. Available for bulk or individual use, LIQUID LOW-P is mixed with Rapid Set concrete to provide triple protection against corrosion by creating a protective barrier around embedded steel, repelling water, and reducing chloride-ion permeability. The versatility of LIQUID LOW-P on your volumetric mixer allows you to readily switch between the production of low permeability concrete and standard concrete.

Use LIQUID LOW-P for reinforced concrete structures, bridge deck overlays, pavement repairs, elevated deck repairs, tunnels, parking structures, marine and other coastal structures, or other projects subjected to high humidity, deicing salts, severe weathering, and other corrosive environments.

Ultra-High Performance Concrete (RS-UHPC) is an ultra-high performance, rapid-hardening, and abrasion-resistant mortar. Durable in wet environments, UHPC MORTAR is a blend of Rapid Set hydraulic cement, high-performance additives, and quality aggregates. Add fiber on-site to transform UHPC MORTAR into an ultra-high performance cementitious composite (UHPC). UHPC MORTAR has no added chlorides. Mix UHPC MORTAR with water to produce a workable, pourable mortar where fast strength gain, superior durability, and high abrasion resistance are desired.

Use UHPC MORTAR for concrete repairs, rut repairs, bridge and highway overlays, bridge connections and rehabilitation, airport pavement repairs, industrial floors, heavy equipment repair areas, and other applications where long-term durability, quick return-to-service, and high abrasion resistance are necessary.

Rapid Set® NON-SAG SEALANT AND ADHESIVE is a single-component, UV stable sealant that provides exceptional durability, superior weather resistance, and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Available in black, gray, white and sandstone colors. Conforms to: ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, uses NT, T2, M, G, A, and O.
